Please call our office to discuss the claim before it is reported to your insurance company. We will report the claim for you in the proper format and will be able to advise you about how the claim will be handled. If you wish you may complete the claim form by hitting the button below to send us the main details of the claim – then we will call you on the morning of the first business day after you send the form to discuss it.
If you are in an emergency situation after hours and need to report the claim directly to your insurance company please call our office phone and follow the prompts to be patched through to the correct claims reporting centre. Make sure you know the name of your insurance company and have your policy number handy before you call.
